Vendor fees for the Big Bang are $50 per applicant.

Vendors will set up at the bottom of the hill on Alabama Street between Silver and Gold Streets at 5pm on July 3rd and tear down that night after the fireworks.
I do hereby for myself, my successors, heirs, and assigns, fully and completely RELEASE and HOLD HARMLESS Butte-Silver Bow County, all producing partners, sponsors and affiliates of the Butte America Foundation, and Butte America Foundation partners and their officers, servants, agents, and employees from any and all claims, demands and actions that I may have, or that my successors, heirs, or assigns may have, on account of loss, damage, or injury, including personal injury, that I may sustain while vending for the Butte America Foundation. I do hereby voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, from vending for the Butte America Foundation
I agree to sell my product according to this waiver for the event organized by the Butte America Foundation to be held in Butte, Montana beginning with set up activities on Monday, July 3rd, 2025 at 5pm and ending with tear down activities at 10pm.
